OUR TRIBE

Mitchael Bogden

Mitch is the 69 year old patriarch of Red Tractor Project. As a former Navy helicopter pilot he participated in special operations and search and rescue.

As a child he grew up on a rural acreage where his father owned a heavy equipment business. Equipment must have been in his blood as he created TractorCo.com in 1994 following his Navy career.

Although the full vision for RTP did not come into focus until recent years, Mitchael has always been pursuing the similar rural lifestyle of his tractor customers. In his spare time, Mitchael is a tandem paragliding instructor and loves to take people for their first flight.

Anjie Skaya

Born in Uzbekistan and shaped by experiences from New York to Florida to off-grid Maine, Anjie (Aundjala Suhatskaya) is an artist who blends visual art, music, and a deep appreciation for nature. Her background in psychology and computer graphics informs her symbolic, expressive style, while a decade of painting and fiddling in Florida expanded her creative voice. A recent off-grid chapter strengthened her commitment to simple living, community, and resilience. Now in Washington State, she is bringing all these threads together through the Red Tractor Project—an evolving, human-centered space where creativity, nature, and daily life come into harmony.

Betty Stover

Betty was born in 1938, about five years into the Franklin Delano Roosevelt presidency. She belongs to the generation that ushered in the Golden Age of the American middle class—a time when raising three children while pursuing the American Dream was not only possible, but expected.

Betty has since “retired” two husbands and remains a quiet but essential presence at the ranch. She nurtures the land through her love of gardening, expresses care through cooking, and shares her creativity through a lifelong passion for art.
